Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) impairs the quality of life of most patients. This webinar will benefit many gastroenterologists and others in the GI community by increasing awareness for PBC symptoms and providing tools and services to help detect and alleviate them. The presentations will include an overview of treatment options and evidence for symptoms such as itch, fatigue, and the anxiety/distress they may cause, as well as a first-hand account of a PBC patient advocate to highlight the real-life impact of the condition.

Why to attend?
This webinar is a follow-up to a UEG Education article published in February 2022, “Mistakes in in the management of postoperative Crohn’s disease and how to avoid them”. The writers and experts Eugeni Domènech and Míriam Mañosa delve deeper into some of the errors to avoid when managing patients with Crohn’s disease in the postoperative setting. The discussion is based on evidence, whenever possible, as well as on the experts’ clinical experience and perception of the field. There will be 30 minutes reserved for Q&A from participants for practical questions and discussion of the article.
