Calls under the Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) on different topics
Visit the call web page for the final versions of the topic texts and details of how to apply for IHI call 11.
Two out of five topics could be particularly interesting to the GI community; however, they might not fully align with UEG’s priorities. There may still be opportunities to join a consortium for one of these calls.
- Understanding how infections foster and induce non-communicable diseases HORIZON-JU-IHI-2025-11-02-two-stage. Next deadline: October 9, 2025. Type of action: HORIZON Joint Undertaking Research and Innovation Actions
- AI-Powered Signal Detection in Pharmacovigilance HORIZON-JU-IHI-2025-11-03-two-stage with deadline October 9, 2025. Type of action: HORIZON Joint Undertaking Research and Innovation Actions
The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) is a public-private partnership (PPP) between the European Union and the European life science industries, and these partners sit on the Governing Board.
IHI publishes draft information on the Future Opportunities a few months prior to the official call launch. This is to provide you with additional time to find or build a consortium and prepare a strong proposal. It is essential to check the final, approved topic texts once the calls are launched at the IHI webpage or EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
