To access the online shop and complete your order you will need to create a myUEG account. Please note: Only a person with a myUEG account can complete an order with their own account.

Orders are reconfirmed by UEG in due course shortly after receiving the booking and payments will be invoiced accordingly (i.e. no credit card payments are accepted). Please make sure that you coordinate bookings accordingly between team members and/or agencies in order to avoid any duplications or other order complications.

Create myUEG account:

1.  Visit https://my.ueg.eu/login ​
2.  If you have an existing myUEG account, log in using ​your email and password.​ 
   Forgot your password? ​Click on "Forgot your password?" to receive a reset email​.
3.  If you don't have a myUEG account, ​click on “Create myUEG account” to set one up.
4. Once logged in, update your profile by selecting “Profile > Address Data” or go to https://my.ueg.eu/my-account/address ​
5. Update your company details and VAT number (used for invoicing).

Smooth order process guidelines 

1. Log in with your myUEG account (follow instructions mentioned before) 
2. Once you are logged in to your myUEG account, access the online shop: https://my.ueg.eu/industry-zone/shop
3. Online shop displays real-time item availability ​
4. Items in your cart are not secured until checkout. For exclusive or ​limited-stock items, swift checkout is recommended to ensure availability.​
5. Accept Annex 2, UEG Week Industry Terms & Conditions​
6. After completing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email​
7. UEG will send a final confirmation shortly after ​
8. Invoices will follow separately; payment via bank transfer (credit cards are not accepted)
