To access the online shop and complete your order you will need to create a myUEG account. Please note: Only a person with a myUEG account can complete an order with their own account.

Orders are reconfirmed by UEG in due course shortly after receiving the booking and payments will be invoiced accordingly (i.e. no credit card payments are accepted). Please make sure that you coordinate bookings accordingly between team members and/or agencies in order to avoid any duplications or other order complications.

Set up your myUEG account:

1. Visit myUEG
2. If you have an active myUEG account: Log in using your email and password.
   You don't remember your password? Click on the text "Forgot your password?" to receive a reset email.
3. In case you do not have an active myUEG account: Click on “Create myUEG account” to set-up a myUEG account first.
4. Once you are logged in to your personal myUEG account: Update your profile data by selecting “Profile > Address Data” or go to My Account.
5. Important: Update your company details and VAT number (used for invoicing).

Smooth order process guidelines 

1. Log in with your myUEG account (follow instructions mentioned before) 
2. Access the online shop
3. Once logged in, freely browse and add items to your cart 
4. Bookings are first-come, first-served, with certain items allocated based on ranking 
5. Online shop displays real-time item availability 
6. Exclusive or limited stock items require swift checkout to secure them
7. Accept "UEG Week Industry Guidelines and Terms & Conditions" to complete a booking 
8. Upon order completion, you receive an automatic confirmation email 
9. UEG will send a final confirmation shortly after 
10. Invoices will follow separately; payment via bank transfer (credit cards not accepted)
