The “European Guideline on Obesity care in patients with gastrointestinal and liver diseases – joint ESPEN/UEG guideline” that is presented in this webinar offers for the first time evidence- and consensus-based advice on how to care for patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases and concomitant obesity, an increasingly frequent constellation in clinical practice.

  • Screening, assessment, and treatment options for patients with a chronic gastrointestinal disease (inflammatory bowel syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, pancreatitis, and chronic liver disease), and concomitant obesity
